Life’s challenges can feel dark, heavy, or even impossible to deal with.
Most people who start relationship therapy feel stuck repeating the same painful patterns. Perhaps you can relate. Maybe you feel like you want to escape your life or you feel like your relationships are crumbling before your eyes.
Stuck in negativity and feeling miserable all the time, you may feel like life is spent constantly feeling “on edge."
Do You Feel Miserable, Angry, Irritated? Can you relate to any of these feelings?
You feel lonely, even when you are with others.
You lost the joyful feelings that you used to have in life.
You feel like you are wandering through life, feeling like something is missing or your balance is “off.”
If these sound true for you, I want you to know that even though you might feel like a failure for needing help, that couldn’t be further from the truth. It takes courage to become aware about what you are going through and ask for help.
You don’t have to keep putting yourself last, caring for everyone else before you take care of yourself.
Therapy Can Help You Improve Your Relationships
It’s possible to feel better. Imagine a life where you could…
Feel more free and safe in your relationships with those closest to you.
Be able to express how you feel confidently.
Have the loving relationships you’ve always wanted.
Build The Loving Relationships You’ve Always Wanted
Relationship therapy helps you rise above your challenges and start moving towards your ideal life with less less fighting and more loving.
You will get the fresh perspective you need to find your way through difficult feelings and situations so that you feel safer in your relationships.
You might be questioning whether or not a therapist can help you, and that's normal. It's hard enough to struggle in private, but to share those pains with a stranger brings things to a whole new level. I hear you. This is your story, your struggle, your hurt, and it's personal. Unless you or someone else is in danger, what you share with me will be safe-guarded. I'm not here to change your story, but to help you find new ways to communicate, feel heard, recognize yourself, and reach your relationship goals.
How it Works
Relationship therapy consists of 50 or 75-minute sessions that help you work through your concerns. In addition to listening, I will ask questions and help guide you towards reaching your goals.
